Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Pardon My Lotus! We’re committed to providing you with a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM PST on Fridays will begin processing the following Monday.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Customs clearance delays
  • Natural disasters or other unforeseen events

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at lizkellerman.mua@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
